My life my lesson has been awarded Best Nordic Feature-Length Documentary 2015 at Nordic/Docs in Fredrikstad, Norway. The motivation reads: ”A strong and important film where the characters in their vulnerability and strength are naked and unafraid in front of the camera. The filmmaker always show them great respect as she sheds light on an important theme.” We are very proud of this award and of Felicia and her family’s bravery to share their story and everyday life – with hope that we will provide better support for children growing up in violence.
